We build responsive pages, optimize supplied images, and check navigation, links, forms, and page performance before launch. The platform and any paid tools are agreed in advance.
Page titles, descriptions, headings, appropriate structured data, and a sitemap are included for the agreed pages. For a replacement site, the proposal also identifies the existing URLs that need redirects. Search positions are not guaranteed.
We set up the agreed contact form and analytics events, test delivery, and provide a walkthrough at handover. Measurement can include form submissions and contact-button clicks where tracking is available; a click alone does not confirm a qualified lead.

Projects start at $2,500. Your proposal specifies the page count, copywriting, forms, integrations, revision rounds, launch checks, and schedule. Additional pages or features are quoted before work starts on them. A typical small business site takes 3–6 weeks after kickoff, depending on scope, access, content, and approvals.
Business and service details, brand assets, photos you have permission to use, domain and website access, and one person to approve the work. We identify missing items at kickoff and agree on feedback dates so you can see what is needed for launch.
Hosting, domains, paid software, photography, advertising, and ongoing marketing are outside the base project fee. Product catalogs and checkout belong in an ecommerce scope; custom integrations and follow-up systems belong in a workflow scope.
Website care is a separate agreement for the maintenance, checks, small edits, and support your site needs. Its proposal sets the fee, covered systems, edit allowance, response times, and support term. New pages, redesigns, and ongoing SEO need their own agreed scope.

Yes. We review your current pages and agree on what to retain, rewrite, or replace. The proposal identifies old URLs that need redirects so existing links can lead to the appropriate new pages. Our Roberts Investigative Services rebuild included service content, navigation, forms, and redirects. A redesign does not guarantee that search rankings stay unchanged.
A typical small business website takes 3–6 weeks after kickoff. Your proposal sets the schedule for the agreed scope. Missing content, access, or approvals can change the launch date, so we identify those requirements at the start.
