Explore JPA Creations

Ecommerce · Port St. Lucie & Treasure Coast

A store customers can shop.
A catalog you can manage.

Launching a Shopify store or untangling an existing one? JPA Creations helps independent retailers organize products, explain what they sell, and set up the daily work behind the storefront.

The project starts here

What needs attention in your store?

  • Product information is spread across spreadsheets and supplier files.
  • Customers need clearer descriptions, variants, and collections.
  • Staff need a consistent way to add and review new products.
  • Your store setup needs a documented plan before launch.

Start with a defined project. Add ongoing support when the work calls for it.

Project scope

Build the storefront and the process behind it.

Shopify store setup

Storefront structure, navigation, agreed pages, and a mobile review of the shopping experience. We document the settings and launch checks your project needs, with shipping and pickup rules supplied by you.

Product content & catalog cleanup

Product titles, descriptions, images, variants, and relevant specifications organized from approved sources. Missing details are flagged for review so an assumption does not become a product claim.

Collections & merchandising

Collections and navigation that follow how shoppers browse your products. The proposal names the collections, product assignments, and page changes included.

Store operations & handoff

A practical walkthrough for the people maintaining the store: where product information belongs, how updates are reviewed, and who approves changes. Connections to other tools are assessed and quoted individually.

Hypothetical walkthrough · Illustrative product

From supplier notes to a reviewed product draft.

Imagine a retailer adding a ceramic mug. This example shows the review process; it is not a client project or a claim about sales results.

  1. 01 · Source packet

    Gather the facts

The owner provides a supplier sheet, approved images, price, and available colors. The sheet omits care instructions, so those remain an open question.

  2. 02 · Draft & review

    Make it reviewable

JPA prepares a title, description, variant list, and collection assignment in an unpublished draft, with a review note asking the owner to confirm care instructions.

  3. 03 · Owner approval

    Check before publishing

The owner verifies the facts, price, and stock. After approval, the agreed publisher makes the product live and checks the product page and collection placement.

What to bring

A useful starting point.

  • Your current store URL, or an outline of the store you want to launch.
  • A sample product file, supplier information, and images you have permission to use.
  • Approximate product and variant counts, plus your highest-priority categories.
  • Your shipping, pickup, returns, and inventory decisions.
  • A named reviewer and a list of tools the store needs to connect with.

What you receive

A defined delivery and handoff.

  • A written scope covering products, pages, collections, revisions, and integrations.
  • The agreed store changes and product drafts, with review checkpoints.
  • A record of checks completed and any outstanding owner decisions.
  • A walkthrough and instructions for the store tasks included in the project.

Project first. Optional monthly support.

Your project proposal sets the price, quantities, responsibilities, review rounds, and timing. Product photography, advertising, fulfillment, custom app development, and legal or tax advice are outside the standard scope. Platform, theme, and app costs are identified separately.

If you need regular help, a separate support agreement lists monthly product updates, collection changes, checks, and reporting, with workload limits. Reports show completed work, unresolved catalog issues, and next priorities. Sales or conversion reporting depends on access to reliable store data.

Common questions

Before we work on your store.

Can you improve an existing Shopify store?

Yes. A project can focus on an existing catalog, product pages, collections, navigation, or a specific store operation. We review your current setup and agree on the products, pages, and changes included before work begins.

Who checks the product information?

You provide or approve the source material and verify product facts, prices, inventory, variants, and store policies. JPA prepares the content and flags missing or conflicting information. Product drafts go through your review before publication.

How is ecommerce work priced?

You receive a project proposal based on the store, catalog size, content, and functionality involved. Product and page quantities, integrations, revisions, responsibilities, and timing are agreed in writing. Platform subscriptions, paid themes, apps, and transaction fees are separate from JPA's service fee.

What does ongoing store support include?

Support is optional and separately scoped. Your agreement names the product updates, collection changes, checks, and reporting included each month, with quantities and turnaround expectations. A new integration, redesign, or larger catalog import is quoted separately unless explicitly included.
