Help Customers Decide

Profile Optimization & Ongoing Management

Optimization starts with the details: categories, services, hours, contact information, and your actual coverage area. Ongoing management keeps those details current, adds approved updates, and handles the review replies and checks in your plan.

This fits business owners who need help keeping up with profile changes and customer feedback. Local Growth also covers agreed website and local SEO improvements, so customers can move from your profile to useful service information.

Google says local results depend mainly on relevance, distance, and prominence. Complete information and authentic reviews can support visibility; a posting schedule does not guarantee a ranking. Google’s local ranking guidance explains the factors.

Review Strategy & Responses

We help you request honest feedback from customers and prepare replies within the agreed monthly scope. Requests are open to customers regardless of sentiment. We do not buy reviews, offer rewards, or filter requests to solicit only positive feedback.

Profile Checks & Corrections

We check for unexpected changes and inaccurate business details, then submit corrections where needed. Duplicate listings, suspensions, and disputed edits may require separately scoped support. Google decides whether to accept changes or remove content.

Working Together

Know the Monthly Work Before You Hire Us

We manage the work remotely, starting with a call about your business and the profile you need help with. Before work begins, we agree on access, the materials you’ll supply, and which updates need your approval. Monthly reporting keeps you informed about completed work and the next priorities.

Scope & Price

Profile management is part of Local Growth, which typically costs $500–$1,500 per month for the agreed website and local-search work. The proposal identifies covered locations, profile updates, review replies, approval timing, and reporting. That range is for the combined plan, not a separate profile fee.

Your Part

Provide manager access, confirm business information, supply photos you have permission to use, and tell us about changed hours or services. We also need approved offers and context for review replies. You approve sensitive responses and remain responsible for customer service decisions.

Monthly Measurement

We report on the work completed and the profile performance data available to your account. Contact-button clicks and other profile actions show interest; they do not confirm completed calls, qualified leads, or sales. Your inquiry and booking records help us understand what followed.

See our reporting approach in JPA’s own website inquiry-form example, which documents completed checks and the evidence behind them.

Separate Work

Advertising, paid software, photography, website care, and website rebuilds are outside profile management. Suspensions, reinstatement requests, and complex ownership or duplicate-listing disputes need their own scope. Automated follow-up or review requests can be planned through Business Workflow Setup.

Our review process follows Google’s guidance on requesting and responding to reviews, including its prohibition on incentives.

Common Questions

Google Business Profile — FAQ

How much does Google Business Profile management cost?

JPA includes profile management within Local Growth, typically $500–$1,500 per month for the combined website and local-search plan. Your proposal defines covered locations, updates, review replies, and reporting. This is not a standalone profile-management price; Google Business Profile itself is free.

Can you manage my Business Profile from another state?

Yes. We work remotely with eligible service businesses throughout the U.S. After a call and an agreed proposal, you grant manager access while keeping ownership. You provide accurate business details, photos, and offers; we prepare updates, agree on approvals, and report monthly. Your profile continues to represent your actual business location and service area.

What does ongoing Google Business Profile management include?

The agreed work can include business-detail checks, approved posts and photos, review replies, an honest review-request process, and monthly performance reporting. Your Local Growth proposal defines the locations, quantities, update frequency, and approvals. You keep ownership of your profile.

Will I keep ownership of my Google Business Profile?

Yes. You keep ownership and give JPA manager access for the agreed work. You confirm business facts, provide approved photos and offers, and approve sensitive review responses. We explain the access needed before starting.

Can I manage my Google Business Profile myself?

Yes. A Google Business Profile is free to manage. You hire JPA Creations to carry out the updates, review-response work, checks, and reporting agreed in your plan. The fee pays for that work, not for access to Google or a better ranking.

Can you help if I travel to customers and have no storefront?

Yes, if your business is eligible for a Business Profile. Businesses that visit or deliver to customers can use a service area. If you do not serve customers at your business address, hide it from your profile and list the areas you actually serve. Online-only businesses are not eligible.

How do I get more Google reviews?

Ask customers for honest feedback and make your review link easy to find. We help you establish that process and prepare replies within the agreed scope. We do not buy reviews, offer incentives, or direct requests only to customers expected to leave positive reviews.

Do weekly posts improve my Google Maps ranking?

Google’s published guidance identifies relevance, distance, and prominence as the main local ranking factors. It does not identify weekly posting as a direct ranking factor. We use posts to share useful business information, with frequency set in your proposal. No map-pack position or ranking timeline is guaranteed.

What is the Google local map pack?

The map pack is a group of business listings shown with a map in local search results. It lets customers compare businesses and reach their profiles. Which listings appear depends on the search and location; placement cannot be guaranteed.

Read Google’s guidance on service areas and address display and profile eligibility and ownership.
