Steven Roberts
JPA Creations was founded by Steven Roberts in Port St. Lucie with a simple observation: most local businesses don't have a marketing problem — they have a visibility problem. The work is good. The customers are happy. But when someone new searches Google for what they do, a competitor shows up first.
Fixing that doesn't take magic. It takes the fundamentals done properly and consistently: a fast website with pages built around real searches, a Google Business Profile that's actually maintained, and business information that's consistent everywhere Google looks. That's the work Steven does — personally.
When you work with JPA Creations, you work with the founder. No account managers, no hand-offs, no outsourced work you never see. The person you talk to on the strategy call is the person building your site and managing your rankings.

Alongside JPA Creations, Steven leads business development, marketing, e-commerce, and emerging technology for a national e-commerce retailer serving business, government, and public-safety customers — running the day-to-day operation, not just advising on it from the outside.
That operation runs on a 580+ SKU Shopify catalog organized across 90+ dedicated landing pages — segmented by both product line and buyer vertical, from large warehouses and security teams to churches and hospitality accounts, each with content and merchandising built around how that specific buyer actually shops. On the marketing side, Steven owns SEO strategy, email/SMS lifecycle marketing, and paid acquisition, backed by direct site analytics reporting — and manages a three-person marketing and e-commerce team to execute it.
