Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily submit through our contact and strategy call forms, including your name, email address, phone number, business name, website URL, and any details you share about your business goals or challenges. We do not collect payment information through this website.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, conduct the free audit you requested, or arrange a strategy call. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Form Submissions

Form submissions on this website are processed through our secure API and forwarded to our internal Google Forms system for follow-up. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to their services.

Inquiry Measurement

We count form delivery outcomes and clicks on our phone links to understand how people contact us. These reports contain the event time, form type, a broad source category such as search or social, and a landing-page category. They do not contain the details you type into a form, your IP address, a full referring URL, or a persistent visitor identifier.

A small session-storage entry keeps the source and landing-page categories while you browse in the same tab. It is separate from your form details. When your browser signals Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we skip phone-click measurement and source attribution; essential form delivery records still help us detect errors.

Inquiry event records are stored privately with Vercel. Our internal monitoring uses aggregate reports in GitHub. Vercel also processes ordinary hosting and security logs, and Google Fonts are loaded from Google's servers.

Optional Website Analytics

If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to measure page visits and completed inquiries, and Microsoft Clarity to understand page use through heatmaps and session recordings. These services receive technical information such as browser and device details, page activity, and network information, and may use analytics cookies to recognize repeat visits. We do not send the information you type into our forms to these analytics services. Clarity is configured to mask text.

We partner with Microsoft Clarity to understand how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, so we can improve our website and services. Microsoft may process this information for its own purposes as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Google processes Analytics data as described in its Privacy Policy. Advertising storage and personalization remain disabled for Google Analytics and Clarity. We do not currently use the Meta Pixel.

Google Analytics and Clarity load only after you accept analytics. You can decline and still use the website and submit forms. Use Privacy choices in the footer to change your decision. We remember your choice on this device for up to 180 days. Withdrawing consent stops future optional collection; it does not automatically delete information already received by the providers. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track overrides an earlier acceptance.

Data Retention

We retain form submission data for as long as necessary to fulfill the service you requested or maintain our business records. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at (772) 237-0362.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us directly by phone or through our contact form.
